About the Author

Anubis Heru is a native from Denver Colorado. He started acting and drawing at the age of nine and continues to act in short films and music videos. Anubis attended the Colorado film school where honed his writing and directing skills. After an emergency brain tumor surgery, it took Anubis six months to re learn how to walk and use fine motor skills. Once healed he decided to get serious with his artistic career. He created a lifestyle brand in the hospital called Urban Arkanum.  Urban Arkanum started as a clothing line but quickly evolved into much more. Recently adding consulting, film/video production and publishing. After writing several screenplays and manuscripts Anubis is publishing his first graphic novel Acid of the Godz. Recently featured in:

Anubis also has trained in various martial arts systems since 14 and incorporates this information into his creativity. In February 2017, Anubis and his 9 year old son Askari teamed up with Director Cody Laplant in a music video for international recording artist Jacob Banks as of today the video has 770K views.  https://youtu.be/165h3-z_Qj0
